  • How much does it cost to rent?

  • How long is the rental period?

    Our standard rental period is 4 hours, which includes full setup and takedown. Need more time? Just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

  • Is the equipment cleaned between rentals?

    All Bounce Babies equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every event using non-toxic, child-safe cleaning products. We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe, healthy environment for even the littlest guests.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We deliver to locations within 25 miles of Erie, Colorado. If you're outside this range, reach out — we may be able to accommodate for a small delivery fee.

  • What kind of setup space do I need?

    We require a flat, clean surface like grass, turf, or concrete. For bounce houses and water slides, access to electricity is also required. Let us know in your rental request if you're unsure — we're happy to help guide you!

  • When should I book?

    The sooner, the better! We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

  • Is a deposit required?

    Yes, a $75 security deposit is required to reserve your booking.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable due to limited availability.

  • What ages is this for?

    Our equipment is thoughtfully designed for children of all ages, with play options perfectly suited for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.
    For older kids, our large bounce house and water slide are ideal for ages 2–15, making them great additions for mixed-age gatherings.

  • What happens if it rains?

    We do our best to be flexible with weather-related changes. Many of our products can be set up indoors, and we’re happy to work with you to adjust your setup if rain or severe weather is in the forecast.

    If needed, we offer free rescheduling or partial credit toward a future date. We’ll connect with you 24–48 hours before your event to confirm weather plans and discuss the best options for your celebration.
